Job summary

Salesforce Data Solutions is seeking an experienced analytics leader to advance AgentExchange product analytics and govern autonomous AI agent lifecycles. You will partner with product, engineering, and data leadership to drive descriptive and prescriptive insights at enterprise scale.

The role requires 8+ years in data science/analytics, strong Python/R and SQL skills, and a master’s or MBA in a quantitative field.

Qualifications

8+ years of hands-on data science/analytics experience with a track record of deploying models that move business metrics.
Experience architecting agentic workflows, LLM orchestration, or self-correcting data systems.
Proficiency in Python or R and SQL for feature engineering and performance tuning.
Master's degree or MBA in a quantitative field (CS, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or Applied Math).
Ability to communicate with C-suite and drive data-driven storytelling.

Responsibilities

Advise senior leadership with quantitative analyses to inform product initiatives and strategy.
Architect and govern autonomous AI agents and lifecycle workflows.
Collaborate with analysts and engineers to diagnose business problems with rigorous methods and actionable insights.
Own or contribute to the AgentExchange product analytics roadmap and prioritization.
Define key product metrics and drive adoption and customer value.
Mentor teammates and elevate statistical rigor within the Cloud Analytics org.
