Qualifications

• 6+ years of field experience as Level 4 installer or equivalent per Telcordia specs.
• High School Diploma; technical degree preferred.
• Special electronics training or work experience.
• Knowledge of GR-1275, TP76300, IP72202 standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication; customer-facing.
• Proficient with MS Office and use of electronic test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install equipment in Telecom/Data Center/Outside Plant environments.
• Perform additions, removals, and modifications on non-working equipment and circuits.
• Install DC power, battery systems, framing, and data-center components.
• Lead on jobs including hot work and PMs; ensure safety.
• Review drawings, MOPs, and site surveys to prevent issues.
• Oversee field personnel, training, and performance feedback.
• Ensure quality installations and participate in audits.
