Job summary

Crate and Barrel is seeking a Distribution Center Floor Supervisor to optimize workflow and lead a dynamic team in our North Carolina facility. You will drive daily productivity, uphold safety protocols, and pursue operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include directing associates, assisting with interviews, conducting evaluations, implementing corrective actions, and coaching on safety. Proactive problem solving and continuous improvement mindset are a must.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus.
• 3+ years of Distribution Center experience.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems.
• Computer skills, proficiency with Google applications, MS Word & Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and lead distribution center associates
• Assist with the interview and selection process for new associates
• Conduct performance evaluations and reviews
• Implement corrective actions as necessary
• Perform safety observations in conjunction with job observations to coach and counsel associates on proper safety procedures
