Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking a DC Lead in Phoenix to guide the distribution center team, ensuring SOP and safety compliance while driving continuous improvement and efficiency across operations.

You will lead safety initiatives, monitor conditions, and communicate job orders and policies. The role requires strong communication and analytical skills, with 1–3 years of experience and proficiency in Word and Excel. Some overtime may be required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required with associate degree or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and support to employees within the Distribution Center.
• Drive compliance with SOPs, safety, quality, CMP and CPS.
• Act as a Change Agent; oversee change management and overtime when needed.
• Lead safety culture initiatives to achieve a zero-incident environment.
• Communicate specifications, job orders, and policies to staff.
• Lead continuous improvement to increase throughput and reduce downtime and waste.
• Report feedback on employee performance to the Logistics Manager.

Location Address:4239 N 39th Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona 85019Work Shift:8hr-1st Shift (United States of America)The DC Lead will provide direction and support to employees within the Distribution Center while driving compliance with standard operating procedures and policies, such as Safety, Quality, CMP and CPS.
