Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and licensing.
• Willingness to work indoors or outdoors with children.

Responsabilités

• Create engaging and fun learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children's social, physical, and cognitive development.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, following licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support the center’s success.
