Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher to inspire and guide young learners in a dynamic classroom environment. You’ll create engaging activities, mentor fellow teachers, and lead curriculum implementation while ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines.

You will foster the social, physical, and cognitive growth of preschool children, collaborating with families to support each child’s development and the center’s success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Care for the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in the class.
• Call the shots on classroom management, curriculum implementation, and licensing guidelines.
• Communicate effectively to build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support child achievement and center success.
