As Lead Teacher you will design engaging activities, mentor junior teachers, ensure compliance with licensing and education standards, and foster a safe, inclusive classroom environment that promotes lifelong learning.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines.
• Communicate with families to support children's achievement and center success.
