Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Lead Teacher in Las Vegas, NV. The role focuses on leading and mentoring teachers, implementing the center’s curriculum, and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment for children.

You will collaborate with parents and center staff to drive enrollment, accreditation, and family engagement while upholding high-quality early childhood education standards.

Qualifications

• Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• Approved state trainer (preferred).
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in the classroom and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for children.
• Support center success by working with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and partners.
