The Children’s Courtyard in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Lead Teacher to inspire learning and support families. You will create engaging learning experiences, mentor fellow teachers, manage the classroom, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and center standards.

You will build strong relationships with enrolled and prospective families, promote child development, and contribute to a positive, supportive workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth in your class.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and be an expert on licensing guidelines and center standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement and center success.
