Learning Care is hiring a Lead Teacher to create engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers at our childcare center.

You will lead classroom management, promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children, and build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support the center's success.

We’re looking for energetic, dependable individuals who are at least 18 and passionate about helping children learn and thrive.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state and center education requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop engaging learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation while ensuring licensing guidelines and company standards.
