IQVIA is seeking a Data Team Lead to manage end-to-end delivery of data management services for clinical projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables on time and within budget. You will provide leadership to the CDM team in planning, execution, and close-out, while complying with GCPs and regulatory guidelines.

As the primary contact for customers, you will guide project management, negotiations on timelines and budgets, and proactive quality improvements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in health, clinical, biological or mathematical sciences required.
• 3 years direct Data Management experience, including 1+ years as a CDM project lead.
• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practices and regulatory guidelines; excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for customer on data management deliverables.
• Provide project management expertise and lead DM service delivery with minimal guidance.
• Negotiate timelines and financial aspects with customers and manage contractual obligations.
• Lead data management planning, tracking, and issue escalation.
• Ensure milestones meet timelines and quality deliverables.
