Qualifications

• 5+ years of data analytics influencing business strategy in e-commerce or digitally enabled retail.
• 2+ years managing junior analysts.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or R; strong stats and experimentation design.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define success metrics and guide decision-making across e-commerce, retail, marketing and product lifecycle.
• Translate data into clear, actionable insights to drive growth and efficiency.
• Design and lead high-impact A/B and multivariate tests.
• Build and scale dashboards and automated reports to democratize data access.
