Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years in software development, logistics, data science or related roles; at least 5 years in data science.
• Experience designing scalable data pipelines using modern architectures.
• Advanced SQL for complex transformations and data wrangling with Python/PySpark.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytic studies using statistics, mathematics, and the scientific method.
• Apply ML/AI methods to improve logistics outcomes.
• Build predictive models and ensemble methods.
• Design scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data models.
• Create dashboards/reports for senior leadership.
• Lead data governance and project execution.
