Tiger Analytics is seeking an experienced Lead Data Scientist to drive advanced analytics initiatives, improving forecasting model accuracy and developing Generative AI solutions for explainability. The role blends ML, forecasting, deep learning, and healthcare domain knowledge.

Qualifications

8–10 years of experience in Data Science / ML roles.
Hands-on experience with forecasting models and time series.
Experience with Deep Learning frameworks and Generative AI tools.
Healthcare domain experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and enhancement of forecasting models for accuracy and outcomes.
Build and deploy Deep Learning models for large datasets.
Develop Generative AI / Explainability solutions for transparent insights.
Analyze healthcare datasets (claims, patients, providers, operations).
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business challenges into AI solutions.
Monitor model performance and retrain for production environments.
Mentor junior data scientists and provide technical leadership.
Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy and governance standards.
