Job summary

TK Elevator in Atlanta, GA seeks a Lead Data Scientist for Digital Elevator Solutions. You will lead ML/AI initiatives using IoT data from connected elevators and escalators, guiding projects from data exploration to deployment and monitoring.

The role requires 7+ years in data science, strong Python/SQL skills, and experience with Databricks and cloud platforms. You will partner across Field Ops, Eng, Product, and R&D in a fast‑paced, global setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Data Science, CS, Statistics, Math, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced analytics leadership.
• 7+ years in data science, ML, or analytics with increasing responsibility.
• Experience deploying ML/AI in production and leading projects.
• Strong ability to translate data into measurable business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, deployment, and optimization of ML/AI solutions for connected elevator data.
• Analyze IoT streams and operational data to forecast service needs and failures.
• Own full ML lifecycle from exploration to monitoring and governance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale North America solutions globally.
• Communicate results and business impact to stakeholders and leaders.
