MORSE Corp is an employee owned, small business with offices in Cambridge, MA, Arlington, VA, and Seattle, WA, delivering cutting-edge technology for the US National Security Ecosystem.

The Lead Data Scientist will guide data analysis, data science, and algorithm development across fields like NLP, big data, time-series data, and advanced metrics. The role requires leadership, clear communication, and onsite presence 4–5 days per week in Cambridge, MA.

Qualificações

• US citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance with SCI eligibility.
• 7+ years of experience in Data Science, AI, or Machine Learning.
• Expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science.
• Experience in algorithm development and testing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-starter and driven.
• Ability to be onsite 4-5 days/week.

Responsabilidades

• Define goals and expectations for algorithm T&E performance.
• Research AI data splitting, metrics, and T&E methodology.
• Lead strategy and coordination with algorithm development vendors.
• Work with customers, stakeholders, and other vendors to present concepts, analyses, and test results.
• Present a path forward and solutions to solve complex data problems.
• Work with MORSE’s team to transition algorithms to software applications and real-time embedded systems.
