Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• 6+ years in data science, AI engineering, or applied ML.
• 2+ years in team leadership or technical management.
• Hands-on experience building agent AI systems including tool-using, planning/monitoring, and integration.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
• Experience with cloud data/compute platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG pipelines, tool protocols, and knowledge graphs.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder partnership, and product-minded thinking.
