Qualifications

• 8+ years in healthcare analytics with 3+ years leading data science teams.
• Advanced SQL and Python skills with experience building BI dashboards.
• Experience in startup environments and Medicare Advantage populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the machine learning strategy and execution, collaborating with clinical, operations, and tech teams.
• Set up analytics data models in DBT and identify additional data sources for risk stratification.
• Build predictive models to identify high-risk patients and utilize AI/LLMs for patient and provider engagement.
