• 6–9+ years of experience in data science, product analytics, or applied quantitative roles
• 1–3+ years of experience managing or mentoring data scientists
• Experience with product strategy, experimentation, or two-sided marketplace or B2B product domains

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a Data Science team focused on Provider Products.
• Set analytical direction for the provider domain and drive strategy, experimentation, and measurement.
• Review methods and communicate uncertainty clearly to stakeholders.
• Oversee experimentation and define success metrics and learning goals.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on roadmap opportunities.
• Frame analytical problems for high-leverage impact.
• Identify recurring needs for standardization and self-service.
• Hire and onboard data scientists.
• Utilize generative AI tools to improve workflows and output.
