Leap is seeking a Senior Head of Data Science & Analytics to lead forecasting, modeling, and reporting efforts across the business. You will own patient intelligence, predictive analytics, and the measurement of program impact, driving value for clients and operations.

You will oversee cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Commercial Growth, Client Success, Pharmacy, Clinical Operations, and Product, shaping Leap’s analytical strategy and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Experience developing statistical or machine learning methods used in real decisions.
• Strong foundations in hierarchical modeling, forecasting, survival analysis or causal inference.
• Experience with large healthcare datasets, including claims or eligibility data.
• Ability to partner with leaders to translate questions into measurable analyses.
• Proven track record leading data science or analytics teams.

Responsabilités

• Develop patient intelligence and predictive models from claims, eligibility, and clinical data.
• Forecast population behavior and demand with robust statistical methods.
• Establish defensible methods to estimate savings, adherence, and program impact.
• Scale operational reporting and build durable self-service analytics for teams.
• Lead and build the data science function, hiring and mentoring staff.
