Job summary

FlightSafety International is seeking a Lead Data Quality Analyst to drive enterprise‑wide data quality initiatives and ensure data accuracy across the lakehouse architecture. You will lead the development of data quality frameworks, collaborate with data engineers, stewards, and governance teams, and enforce standards and processes.

This role requires extensive hands‑on experience with SQL, data validation, and BI tools, plus leadership in large‑scale data environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 8+ years in data quality, governance, or data management.
• 5+ years SQL and data validation in large environments.
• Experience with data warehousing and lakehouse platforms.
• Familiar with MDM platforms and BI reporting (Power BI).
• Agile work experience with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of enterprise data quality frameworks and validation processes.
• Collaborate with engineering to validate ETL/ELT pipelines, Delta Lake tables, and data transformations.
• Define and monitor data quality KPIs across sources.
• Develop automated data quality monitoring systems with alerts and dashboards.
• Mentor junior analysts and align data quality with governance policies.
• Support MDM initiatives ensuring data domain accuracy and ownership.
