FlightSafety International is seeking a Lead Data Quality Analyst to drive enterprise‑wide data quality initiatives and governance. You will lead the development of frameworks, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with data engineers, stewards, and business stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and consistency across lakehouse architectures.

The role requires 8+ years in data quality/governance, strong SQL, and experience with ETL/ELT, MDM, and BI tools such as Power BI.

Formación

• 8+ years in data quality, governance, or data management.
• 5+ years SQL and data validation experience.
• Experience leading data quality or governance initiatives at scale.
• Experience with data warehousing and lakehouse platforms.
• Familiar with MDM platforms and practices.
• Power BI for reporting and validation.
• Experience in Agile environments (Scrum/SAFe).

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and implementation of enterprise data quality frameworks.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to validate ETL/ELT pipelines, Delta Lake tables, and data transformations.
• Define and monitor data quality KPIs across structured and unstructured data sources.
• Develop and maintain automated data quality monitoring systems, including alerts and dashboards.
• Conduct advanced data profiling and root cause analysis to identify and resolve data quality issues.
• Establish and enforce data quality standards, issue resolution workflows, and documentation practices.
• Partner with Data Governance teams to align data quality with governance policies.
• Support Master Data Management initiatives ensuring consistency of critical data domains.
• Collaborate with business units to define data ownership and stewardship roles.
• Lead cross-functional data quality improvement initiatives and mentor junior analysts.
• Ensure data integrity across the lakehouse architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold).
• Contribute to enterprise metadata management and data cataloging practices.
