Job summary

FlightSafety International seeks a Lead Data Quality Analyst to drive enterprise data quality initiatives and governance across the organization. You will lead the creation of quality frameworks, monitor pipelines, and ensure data integrity in a lakehouse architecture with Delta Lake.

You will partner with data engineers, stewards, and business stakeholders to set standards, define ownership, and scale data governance and MDM efforts. Strong SQL and BI tooling experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 8+ years in data quality, governance, or data management roles.
• 5+ years with SQL and data validation techniques.
• Experience with data warehousing, lakehouse platforms and ETL/ELT.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise data quality frameworks and rules.
• Collaborate with engineering to validate ETL/ELT pipelines and Delta Lake data.
• Define and monitor data quality KPIs across sources.
• Develop automated data quality monitoring systems with alerts and dashboards.
• Perform advanced data profiling and root cause analysis.
• Enforce data quality standards and governance documentation.
• Partner with governance teams to align data quality with stewardship models.
• Support Master Data Management initiatives for critical data domains.
• Define data ownership and accountability with business units.
• Lead cross-functional data quality initiatives and mentor junior analysts.
• Ensure data integrity across lakehouse layers (Bronze/Silver/Gold).
• Contribute to metadata management and data cataloging practices.
