Job summary

Mindful Support Services is seeking a Senior Database Engineer to own design, development, and operation of our data platform. You will lead architecture across Microsoft Fabric and Azure, guiding DBAs and a Power BI developer, shaping pipelines and data models for analytics and operations.

You will implement CI/CD, ensure data security and governance, and mentor a small team in a high-impact environment with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Database/Data Engineer roles owning production data pipelines.
• 7+ years of hands-on PySpark in distributed data processing.
• 7+ years building data platforms on Fabric or Synapse.
• 7+ years of advanced T-SQL including performance tuning.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data warehouses and data pipelines in Fabric/Azure.
• Implement Medallion architecture across data pipelines for reliability.
• Own CI/CD pipelines and governance for data assets.
• Lead a team of DBAs/BI developers and ensure production reliability.
