Clark seeks a Senior Data Platform Architect to lead the enterprise data infrastructure from in‑house, reporting to the Enterprise Data and Analytics lead. This onsite role in McLean, VA focuses on unifying data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, OneLake, and Fabric to serve 5,000+ users.

You will set standards, model data, integrate across systems, govern data, and modernize platforms while ensuring security, reliability and availability.

Formación

• 7–10+ years in data engineering, enterprise integration, or platform architecture.
• Experience with Snowflake/Databricks, AWS, and Fabric/OneLake.
• Proficient in API patterns and scripting (Python, SQL, Lambda).
• Deep expertise in Data Lakehouse and ELT/ETL tools such as Talend/Matillion/Mulesoft.
• Experience supporting 1,000+ users.

Responsabilidades

• Technical Leadership: establish standards for how the platform is architected, managed, data is moved, stored, and secured.
• Foundational Data Modeling: design the 'Unified Core' data and common connectors to create a single source of truth.
• Complex Data Integration: architect data flows between enterprise systems for self-serve analytics.
• Cross-platform Governance: governance and secure data sharing across Snowflake Iceberg and OneLake.
• Platform Modernization: develop roadmaps and drive improvements in security, performance, and availability.
• Data Governance and Catalog: establish metadata coverage and data stewardship.
• System Stability & Scalability: lead upgrades and tuning for a 24/7 production environment.
• Collaboration: partner with business to support visualization and ML deployments.
