Blue Cross of Idaho seeks a senior data platform architect to define multi-tenant enterprise data architecture and lead the data engineering practice on AWS/Snowflake. You will mentor teams, drive the data platform roadmap, and oversee migration from legacy warehouses to a unified Enterprise Data Platform.

Join a cross-functional team collaborating with Compliance, Marketing, Operations, and IT, delivering scalable data solutions with strong governance and security practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent.
• 10+ years in Data & Analytics, with 3+ years AWS/Snowflake architecture.
• Strong SQL and ETL/ELT, data warehousing, data lake experience.
• Experience in DevSecOps and Agile projects; Jira/GitLab proficient.

Responsabilités

• Define multi-tenant enterprise data architecture for platforms.
• Lead data architecture practice and enterprise-level data Eng representation.
• Mentor teams via design & code reviews; foster DevSecOps.
• Oversee migration from legacy warehouses to EDP on AWS/Snowflake.
• Drive data platform roadmap; partner with Architects for APIs/integration.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Actuarial, Marketing, Ops, Clinicals teams.
