Travelers is seeking a Lead Architect to join our Enterprise Technology Solutions organization. You will design and steer the technology vision, guiding cloud-native data and database platforms across on-prem and cloud environments to enable digital transformation.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of architecture experience, strong leadership, and hands-on expertise with AWS, Azure, and modern data technologies.

Qualifications

• Eight to ten years of architecture experience in technology leadership roles.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience with cloud-native data platforms and modern data technologies.

Responsibilities

• Define target architectural states and roadmaps for enterprise data and database platforms.
• Partner with Lines of Business and ETS teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
