Job summary

TechDigital Group in Raleigh, NC seeks a Senior Developer to lead Stibo STEP configurations and data governance initiatives. 2-3+ years with STEP and 8-12 years in MDM/PIM, data governance, and related domains are expected.

The role focuses on designing match/merge, survivorship rules, and golden records while producing audit-ready docs and runbooks. Hybrid work model with strong emphasis on collaboration with developers to validate STEP-to-Snowflake integration, testing, and documentation

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of hands-on configuration with Stibo STEP.
• 5+ years in Master Data Management, Product Information Management, or related data governance disciplines.
• Experience designing match/merge and survivorship rules for party/account-type master data.
• Excellent written documentation skills – configuration specs, rule definitions, and runbooks must be audit-ready.
• Working knowledge of Snowflake.

Responsibilities

• Lead object, attribute, and classification model design for domains in Stibo STEP.
• Configure deterministic and probabilistic match/merge rules; define confidence thresholds per domain.
• Design survivorship and golden-record assembly logic (source priority, recency, completeness).
• Build STEP business rules for validation, standardization, and enrichment.
• Design stewardship workflows and Workbench task queues for match review and exception handling.
• Configure reference data hierarchies (LOB, coverage/peril codes, jurisdiction, carrier legal entity, ACORD-aligned code sets).
• Define the outbound publish/syndication contract (golden records + xref keys) for downstream Snowflake consumption.
• Partner with the Developer to validate the Stibo-to-Snowflake integration design and troubleshoot configuration-level issues during pipeline build.
• Support unit testing, cross-functional testing, and UAT cycles as the configuration authority.
• Produce configuration documentation, runbooks, and knowledge-transfer materials suitable for steward and admin handoff.
