Job summary
Amazon Inc. is seeking a Data Lake and Analytics Specialist Solutions Architect to help Healthcare and Life Sciences customers architect scalable data lake, analytics, and AI solutions on AWS.
You will discuss data platforms, analytics architectures, and AI readiness while leveraging S3, Lake Formation, Glue, Redshift, Athena, SageMaker, and Bedrock as core services. Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, consulting, or solutions architecture.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with data lake, data warehouse, or analytics platforms.
- Experience designing and implementing solutions on AWS or comparable cloud platforms.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT patterns, and analytics architectures.
- Familiarity with healthcare or life sciences data domains is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and delivery of data lake, analytics, and AI-centric solutions for Healthcare and Life Sciences customers.
- Develop reference architectures and reusable patterns for AWS data platforms.
- Engage with account teams to ensure architectures are scalable, sound, and aligned with business goals.
- Contribute to technical content like whitepapers, blogs, and workshops; mentor peers.
