Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, STEM, or a related field with minimum of 5 years of experience (or Master's degree with minimum of 3 years)
• Expert-level proficiency in leading data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and SQL for data extraction/integration across diverse datasets
• Ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated U.S. government Secret clearance (in-scope or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation) and program access as required

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of dashboards and reporting solutions that integrate multiple data sources
• Perform advanced data extraction using SQL with robust analysis in Excel and visualization using Tableau/Power BI
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable, visually engaging insights
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity across reports
• Mentor junior analysts on data extraction, analysis, and visualization
