Job summary

AF Group seeks a Manager, Data Governance & Analytics to lead the enterprise data governance and analytics programs, guiding governance councils and coordinating with stakeholders to operationalize analytics across the organization.

This role oversees the Data Governance and Analytics Center of Excellence, drives strategy, budget, staffing, and cross-functional collaboration, and prepares executive communications on progress and impact.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in insurance, mathematics, business administration, or related field required.
Master's degree preferred.
Seven years data, analytic or similar work experience.
Three years supervisory, lead experience on projects, or portfolio management.

Responsibilities

Lead the Data Governance and Analytics Center of Excellence teams and provide coaching and development.
Oversee data governance initiatives including Data Quality, Stewardship, Acquisition, Release and Privacy.
Create and maintain an enterprise data and analytics strategy and maturity model.
Coordinate yearly functional planning, budgeting, staffing and training.
Develop executive level presentations on governance activities and progress.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations and optimize objectives.
