AF Group is seeking a Manager, Data Governance & Analytics to lead enterprise analytics initiatives and govern data assets across the organization. You will drive data quality, stewardship, and policy programs while aligning analytics projects with business goals and budgets.

You will oversee cross-functional teams, develop strategy, and communicate progress to executive leadership, ensuring timely delivery of analytics capabilities and value realization.

Qualifications

• Leadership of enterprise Data Governance and Analytics CoE teams with staff development.
• Oversee Data Governance initiatives: Data Quality, Data Stewardship, Data Acquisition and Release Policy, Data Privacy.
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, governors and analytics stakeholders to align analytics with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises enterprise Data Governance and Analytics CoE teams, providing coaching and development.
• Oversees governance initiatives, including quality, stewardship, acquisition, release policy, and privacy.
• Works with cross-functional teams to align analytics strategies, tools, and processes across the enterprise.
