AF Group is seeking a Manager, Data Governance & Analytics to lead the Data Governance & Analytics Center of Excellence, guiding teams in governance, data quality, stewardship, and privacy. The role focuses on aligning analytics initiatives with business objectives and cross-functional collaboration across the enterprise.

Responsibilities include developing the analytics strategy, budgeting, staff development, and presenting progress to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in insurance, mathematics, business administration, or related field required.
• Masters degree preferred.
• Seven years data/analytic or similar work experience required; three years supervisory/lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Data Governance & Analytics Center of Excellence teams with coaching and development.
• Oversee data governance initiatives, including Data Quality, Data Stewardship, Data Acquisition/Release, and Data Privacy.
• Develop enterprise data/analytics strategy and maturity model; coordinate budgeting and staffing.
• Create executive presentations and coordinate sources of truth, definitions, and algorithms across the enterprise.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop analytics strategies, tools, and standard processes.
