Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ETL processes using tools like SSIS, Azure Data Factory, and Synapse
• Design and optimize data models for reporting platforms such as Power BI, Azure Analysis Services, and SQL databases
• Support and enhance existing reports and data solutions across Power BI, SSIS, AAS, and SQL Server
• Create dashboards and visualizations tailored to business requirements
• Communicate technical challenges clearly, offering thoughtful solutions
• Share expertise through team knowledge sessions and technical showcases
• Collaborate across teams to identify best practices and drive innovation
• Mentor junior team members and take ownership of deliverables
• Continuously improve development workflows and team processes
• Conduct code reviews and facilitate cross-team knowledge sharing
• Foster a culture of collaboration, recognition, and mutual support
• Build strong relationships across departments to align engineering efforts with business goals
