Job summary

Pyramid It Consulting is seeking a Senior/Lead Data Engineer for HR Data Lake initiatives using Snowflake and Databricks to consolidate HR/HCM data from Oracle HCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors and similar systems.

You will serve as the technical SME for HR data, defining data architecture, modelling, security and data-sharing patterns, and ensuring AI/ML readiness while collaborating with ingestion, platform, AI and business teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with HR/HCM data, preferably Oracle HCM, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience designing HR Data Lake/Data Warehouse on Snowflake.
• Technical SME for HR data architecture, modelling, security, and data sharing patterns.
