Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 6 years in advanced data engineering and leadership.
• Or a High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of data engineering and leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience with ELT architectures, Snowflake, dbt, Qlik Replicate, and cloud-native services.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate production-grade data pipelines end-to-end.
• Lead ingestion, transformation, governance, testing, and publishing layers.
• Develop dbt models and implement automated data quality testing and CI/CD deployments.
• Enforce RBAC and platform governance in Snowflake, with secure, compliant operations.
• Collaborate on cloud components using AWS or Azure services and drive infrastructure automation.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and lead design reviews and decisions.
