Qualifications

• Five years of professional work experience in Technology or related field.
• Three years of professional experience in Quality Automation.
• Three years of management experience in Quality Assurance.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment near Dallas or Memphis office location.
• Willingness to travel up to ten percent.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality automation strategy and goals for projects.
• Collaborate with App Dev, DevOps, QE, Product, Design and other teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Research, initiate, implement, and improve automated testing strategies.
• Track and report quality metrics and drive defect reduction.
• Build and maintain high-performing teams with clear expectations and guidance.
