Job summary

BioAgilytix Labs, LLC invites a Data Engineer to lead the design, development, and support of our enterprise data platform. The role focuses on scalable ELT pipelines, data models, and governed data products that underpin analytics, sponsor reporting, and AI initiatives.

You will collaborate with Laboratory Operations, IT, and Quality teams to deliver compliant, production-ready data solutions across laboratory operations and sponsor deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, Eng, Math, Data Science or related field.
• 5+ years in Data Engineering or related disciplines.
• 3+ years with enterprise-scale data solutions in production.
• 3+ years using Snowflake as primary cloud data platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support scalable enterprise data platforms for analytics and reporting.
• Develop ELT pipelines from LIMS, ERP, CRM, APIs and cloud apps.
• Create modular data transformation frameworks with automated tests and lineage.
• Implement dimensional models and semantic models across the organization.
• Ensure data quality, auditability, and regulatory compliance (GxP, HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11).
• Collaborate with IT, QA, and operations to deliver governed data solutions.
