Job summary

Genpact USA, Inc. is seeking a Lead Data Engineer to lead a team of data engineers in designing and implementing scalable Big Data solutions. You will build reliable data pipelines, ensure data quality and security, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet business requirements.

You will mentor junior team members, stay abreast of industry trends, and maintain documentation for data processes and infrastructure. English proficiency and a strong analytics background are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degrees in analytics, CS, statistics, or math related fields.
• Master's in Data Science or equivalent preferred.
• Certifications in data management, Spark, and cloud data engineering are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of data engineers to develop Big Data solutions.
• Design and build scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across data systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions.
