Precision Technologies is seeking an experienced Lead Data Engineer to design, develop, and deliver scalable enterprise data platforms. The role requires hands-on expertise in Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Synapse, Fabric, and Power BI, with strong leadership capabilities.

Ideal candidates will have 8–12+ years in data engineering, with deep knowledge of ETL/ELT, lakehouse architecture, data modeling, and cloud data engineering. Hybrid work options are available with W2 full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data engineering teams and projects.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Databricks and modern cloud data platforms.
• Proficiency in building scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data models.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of ETL/ELT pipelines, data lake, lakehouse, and data warehouse solutions.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines with Azure Databricks, PySpark, Python, SQL, ADF, and Synapse.
• Design and optimize Snowflake data warehouses and analytical models.
• Implement Delta Lake, medallion architecture, CDC, and incremental processing.
• Build curated datasets and semantic models to support Power BI analytics.
• Optimize Spark jobs, SQL queries, and cloud costs; ensure data quality and governance.
• Collaborate with architects, BI developers, data scientists, and stakeholders.
