Qualifications

• 7+ years in data engineering or architecture roles required.
• Experience building a modern Data Lakehouse or cloud data warehouse from scratch.
• 3+ years of experience with cloud data platforms like Databricks or Snowflake.

Responsibilities

• Design and own end-to-end data architecture.
• Define data modeling standards and establish governance frameworks.
• Report directly to the COO with project updates.
