The role emphasizes integrating AI into reporting processes, collaborating with executives, and mentoring junior team members in a hybrid work environment. 8+ years of experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 8+ years of data engineering or related experience with complex reporting and BI projects.
• Proficient in DBT, SQL, Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau, Python, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, development, and maintenance of complex data pipelines and dashboards.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to define reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Champion AI/ML techniques to innovate reporting solutions and provide predictive insights.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
• Establish data governance and mentor team members on standards.
