Job summary

FIS is seeking a Consultant Lead to drive complex data conversion and implementation initiatives within Integrated Banking Systems (IBS). You will guide data mapping, validation, and migration while serving as a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders.

Expect to lead multi‑workstream projects, mentor consultants, and ensure operational readiness with strong banking operations knowledge and regulatory awareness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in banking operations or fintech environments.
• Experience leading client‑facing projects with multiple workstreams.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with data structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data conversion and implementation activities for CIS, Safe Deposit Box, and CTR projects.
• Develop conversion strategies including data mapping, validation, and migration outcomes.
• Analyze data structures and requirements to identify risks and deliver solutions.
• Create and approve field-to-field mapping documentation and specs.
• Mentor consultants and drive knowledge sharing and delivery excellence.
• Coordinate with clients and teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
