Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of water and wastewater utility programs.
• Manage consultants and contractors for timely delivery.
• Oversee design, permitting, and entitlement processes for water and sewer infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain project budgets and cost estimates.
• Negotiate utility agreements and secure necessary easements.
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
