The position requires a high school diploma or GED, intermediate experience with computer software and hardware (e.g., Microsoft Office), and availability to work Wednesday–Sunday 10am–8pm.

Responsibilities

  • Operate all computer systems per schedules and quality guidelines.
  • Provide direction and feedback to operations staff.
  • Prioritize nightly processes to meet critical schedule deadlines.
  • Clarify operating instructions for other department personnel.
  • Run production system programs and perform batch processing and tape backups.
  • Maintain accounting controls for tape production.
  • Log and report problems to management.
  • Support flexible work schedule and overtime as required.
  • Fill in for absent staff to support operations.
  • Work with field staff to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Maintain strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
  • Operate UNIX, Linux, and Windows based systems.
