Responsibilities

• Lead all preconstruction functions including estimating, cost planning, and bid strategy.
• Manage and mentor a high‑performing team of estimators and preconstruction professionals.
• Partner with clients and consultants during early design phases to define scope and budgets.
• Drive value engineering and constructability reviews across large‑scale projects.
• Oversee subcontractor engagement, pricing strategies, and procurement planning.
• Support business development efforts, proposals, and client presentations.
• Ensure seamless transition from preconstruction into project delivery teams.
• Provide market insight on pricing trends, labor, and supply chain risks.
