Job summary

ServicePoint IT seeks a highly technical Project Manager to lead low-voltage and technology infrastructure projects in the Houston area. The role emphasizes construction coordination with GCs, ECs, engineers, and management teams to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in commercial or data center construction, strong technical knowledge of low-voltage systems, and proven leadership on complex programs. Travel within the region is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience within commercial construction, data center construction, or related environments.
• Hands-on experience in low-voltage construction and data center infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of GC, EC, SCs, owners, engineers and other trades.
• Proven budgeting and cost-control capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and project direction for ServicePoint's low-voltage and technology infrastructure scopes.
• Develop and maintain schedules, manpower plans, material requirements, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate field activities and ensure crews have necessary prerequisites.
• Monitor productivity, costs, change orders, and profitability.
• Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and closeout documentation.
