Qualifications

• 3+ years of electrical and/or mechanical facilities maintenance experience.

• 3+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary escalation point for facilities-related issues across critical systems.
• Perform root cause analysis of equipment failures and troubleshoot within SLAs.
• Provide training and guidance to Engineering Operations Technicians and vendors.
• Create and deploy new standard practices for engineering teams and vendors.
• Support building out new facilities and projects to improve efficiency.
• Work outside normal hours for routine maintenance and emergencies.
