Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Principal Data Automation Engineer to accelerate OCI's global supply chain via data platforms, AI-enabled automation, predictive analytics, and operational intelligence. Based in Nashville, you will partner with planning, manufacturing, sourcing, logistics, and engineering to deploy data products and dashboards for proactive decision-making and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in data science, ML, data engineering or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in data science, mathematics, statistics, computer science or equivalent.
• Master's degree in data science, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or related field.
• Experience delivering data products and dashboards for cross-functional operations.
• Experience applying predictive analytics or ML to supply chain challenges.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data automation solutions for OCI's supply chain.
• Develop AI/ML models to improve forecasting, inventory optimization, and logistics.
• Create data pipelines and real-time analytics for operational reporting.
• Build dashboards and self-serve analytics to improve visibility across functions.
• Collaborate with planning, manufacturing, sourcing, logistics, and engineering teams.
