Paladin Consulting is seeking a hands-on Sr. Solution Architect to lead end-to-end architecture across Data, Analytics, and AI.

The architect will design and guide enterprise data platforms, data products, lakehouse architecture, and AI/ML capabilities while partnering closely with engineering, data science, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver scalable data products and governance. Qualifications

• 15+ years in data engineering, architecture, analytics, or related technology disciplines.
• 5+ years hands-on Snowflake architecture and engineering experience.
• AI/ML architecture experience with data infra, RAG, vector stores, embeddings, or MLOps.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric or Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Enterprise-scale data lakehouse and data product experience.
• Strong Power BI architecture and semantic modeling experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture for data, analytics, and AI platforms.
• Lead architecture across Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, and Power BI.
• Design scalable lakehouse, data products, ingestion, and integration architectures.
• Define architecture for AI/ML workloads including RAG, vector stores, embeddings, feature engineering, and MLOps.
• Establish architectural standards, governance, security, and best practices.
• Partner with engineering, data science, infrastructure, application development, and business teams.
• Provide technical leadership, architecture reviews, and mentorship.
